| It all seemed like yesterday | B |
| But despite the raging and stormy waves | C |
| God has brought us safely thus far | D |

| He has adorned us with Glory | E |
| We paid the price in tears | F |
| But now He's lit our faces with smiles | G |
| And now we reap in Joy | H |

| Do you remember those days | I |
| When we had naught but hunger for food | J |
| When we slept with grumbling stomachs | K |
| And flooded our pillows with tears | F |

| But now we can look past those days and smile | L |
| The pains and pangs have vanished in memory | E |
| They have all drifted to insignificance | M |
| Though they were but for a while | L |

| True weeping may tarry till night | N |
| But joy comes with the morning | O |
| There's light at the end of every tunnel | P |
| A silver lining at the face of every cloud | Q |

| Come friends come let us cry | R |
| Not for sorrow but for Joy | H |
| Come friends let's wipe away our tears | F |
| For our God has conquered our fears | S |

| Now having come thus far we need not fear | T |
| But put our trust in Him who's brought us thus far | D |
| That come rain come shine or come what may | B |
| He who's brought us here will surely guide us home | U |
