| What a cursed and tragic year | L |
| You came with a series of tragedies | M |
| From the invasion of locusts | N |
| Leading to famine | O |
| to the closure of schools | P |
| Loss of jobs | Q |
| Death of loved ones | R |
| And even floods | S |
| Not a Kenyan but a world s disaster | C |

| We thought corona was a joke | T |
| We even made fun out of it | U |
| With the rise of positive cases | V |
| And the rise in the number of deaths | W |
| Restrictions due to lockdowns | W |
| Curfews and even quarantine | X |
| Corona became real before us | W |

| Our dreams and goals | W |
| Are now buried with the closure of schools | W |
