Let me go into the GulmargA
of my heartB
And stay in the middleC
of my magic eyeD
Still motionlessE
and thoughtlessE
To listen with loveF
the mellow notes of my soulG
To watch myself asH
a sovereign in my heartB
I am alone hereI
with no other sitting byD
-
I am getting inJ
with my lonelinessE
Let me sleepK
on dream's shoulderL
Swaying betweenM
my soul and GodN
listening to Gabriel's bellsO
in God's lightP
-
If God allowed the peopleC
to barge into my heartB
They would seeQ
the seething pain in meQ
They would see brandedR
on the walls of my heartB
The deep scars that I gotS
when I was grounded downT
They would see my true beingA
as I sit insideU
Not my masked beingA
as I stand outsideU
They would see meQ
with double visagesQ
One in the openV
other deep withinJ
They would knowW
how I shine all the timeX
They would knowW
how I sing all the timeX
They would knowW
I am the sovereign lordY
-
I am the only one to witnessQ
My power my mightP
my sound my lightP
I am my own witnessQ
I realiseQ
It is not the mythologyQ
it is a realityQ
But it is as difficult to knowW
As to pass through a needle eyeD
