Do you know of a part in yourselfA
That steers the person of your soulB
It stands like an electronic bookselfA
Which stores your books and goalB
For a lot does happen in the headC
-
The eyes that beam in the darkD
Sometimes they turn to be redC
Their hot water of grief is a markD
When they cry and feel the dreadC
Aren't they the part of the headC
-
The ears that listen to catch the noiseE
All they hear are the songs of fearF
In fact when they open and poiseE
To see if there is any hope to cheerF
Aren't they the children of the headC
-
The nose that's used to feel good scentG
Has just become the omen of gloomH
Of what the nostrils bear and lamentG
And awaits the very day of its doomH
Isn't the nose a neighbour in the headC
-
Of the mouth that is used to chant joyI
And sings in the moment of delightJ
Is now the weapon that waits to destroyI
The joy in the head and turns to woe plightJ
Isn't the mouth the main gate of the headC
-
The brain has lost its right to thinkK
For it can't beer the weight of the loadL
And the words in it now off and sinkK
And has become for pain an abodeL
Isn't the brain the chief of the headC
-
These pains are too much for the headC
Tell me where to buy ice block I need coldM
Maybe it can cool the heat in the headC
Who to tell the story that's yet untoldM
Who will lift the burden of the headC
-
Can't I just be bold and cut it off onceN
And get rid of the lots that run in the headC
For it has already died in cold silenceN
Or even burn the thing off and rest insteadC
Perhaps I can do without the sick headC
-
How I wish the end just comes fastO
To carry it to the journey of the unknownP
How long will the pain even take to lastO
And free it from the sense of the mournQ
Isn't the real self reside only in the headC
-
But I will wait for the best to comeR
And pray to the Lord of the worldsS
To give it the rest coz it needs someR
And take it to its hopeful dreamworldsS
Then make me the lord of the headC
