Poet's note: Lately, across the world there is worsening conflict between state(s) and individual citizen wrt rights and responsibilities.
State with all it's might, strives to restrict or minimize the rational rights of it's citizens, to rule with unbridled power, which in reality is not in the best interests of the country and world.
with this background, re-visited the scope of rights of human beings and what they should to enjoy these rights with sanctity.
