Freedom of thought and Expression is foremost right
Life is individual’s inalienable right
To protest is my birth right
Adult franchise is social right
Dissent is our democratic right
Liberty is any country’s right
Equality is every downtrodden’s right
Progress is Society’s right
Peace is collective right
Education is every child’s right
Health is civic right
Livelihood is right to dignity
Privacy is every individual’s right
Food and Shelter is every citizen’s right
Conjugality is cohabitant’s right
Choice of Faith or faithlessness is divine right
Pursuit of happiness is universal right
Timely justice is our natural right

Now enough of rights
Let’s be responsible enough to enjoy all these rights
And start minding our own business.

Poet's note: Lately, across the world there is worsening conflict between state(s) and individual citizen wrt rights and responsibilities. State with all it's might, strives to restrict or minimize the rational rights of it's citizens, to rule with unbridled power, which in reality is not in the best interests of the country and world. with this background, re-visited the scope of rights of human beings and what they should to enjoy these rights with sanctity.
