Wasted? Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABB CAADDA EEAAFFGHII

Think not of any one of them as wastedA
Or to the void like broken tools outcastedA
Unnoticed unregretted and unknownB
Not so is His care shownB
-
Know thisC
In God's economy there is no wasteA
As in His Work no slackening no hasteA
But noiselessly without a signD
The measure of His vast designD
Is all fulfilled exact as He hath willedA
-
And His good instruments He tends with careE
Lest aught their future usefulness impairE
As Master craftsman his choice tools doth tendA
Respecting each one as a trusty friendA
Cleans them and polishes and puts awayF
For his good usage at some future dayF
So He unto Himself has taken theseG
Not to their loss but to their vast increaseH
To us the loss the emptiness the painI
But unto them all high eternal gainI
