Frying Pan Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCC DDEE FFGD DDDH IJDD DDKK DDKK

Just out of Dungog up in Chichester State forestA
There's a beautiful camp ground that's up with the bestB
On the Telegherry River that lines all the top spotsC
Through the week it's sparce but come Friday there's lot'sC
-
Camp trailer's caravans and a shitload of tentsD
With pristine vehicles towing or like mine full of dentsD
And the first thing to catch that ever wondering eyeE
Is the amazing lush green and a striking blue skyE
-
With young saplings thriving and trees a hundred year oldF
It's certainly a travellers dream a definite sight to beholdF
Now the bird life's abundant with all you can imagineG
With Kookaburras finches and even fairy wrensD
-
There's possum's goannas and diamond pythonsD
So to walk around here you need shoes not thongsD
The fresh water river is just something to seeD
As clear as bottled stuff with the odd yabbieH
-
The picnic area here is just absolute supremeI
Guaranteed one of the greatest your eyes ever seenJ
Now the price is right cause camping here's freeD
Even across at Coachwood or back at TelegherryD
-
With hiking trails up Falls walk or back at Jerusalem FallsD
This beats any big city with there huge shopping mallsD
So now if you're thinking of a weekend getawayK
Give Frying Pan a crack I'm sure you'll extend your stayK
-
I came for a week and ended up staying threeD
I've explored all around but there's lot's more to seeD
A big thanks Frying Pan for a brilliant holidayK
I'll be definitely back soon to camp another dayK
