| So we get our ritual on | C |
| With that loaded up coffee to drink | B |

| Turns out the twin servos are a must | D |
| As we fuel up the car and of course us | E |
| Then it's not till Goulburn | C |
| That I'm hungry and sore | F |
| A quick bite to eat | G |
| Then the foot hits the floor | F |

| Gundagai sucks me in | C |
| And Shell needs to sit | H |
| minutes in the shade | I |
| And seriously that's it | H |

| Now fuels running low | J |
| And Yass is coming up | K |
| Glad I took the first exit | H |
| Cause wow that's a huge line up | K |

| Only km out of Wagga | B |
| And the cars heating up | K |
| It's time to bite the bullet | L |
| It's a caravan park for us n the pup | K |

| Booked in at Coolamon | C |
| To catch up with big Dave | M |
| Well who bloody knew | C |
| It was gonna be a heatwave | M |

| Skinny grey old bugga | B |
| With a nice little ranch | N |
| We had a good ole yarn | C |
| Till it was time for lunch | O |

| An hour later n its time leave | M |
| Well maybe an hour n a half you'd believe | M |
| Twas great catchin up and can't wait to do it again | C |
| But back in Newy Not hot Coolamon | C |

| So we hit the road on the way to Vic | B |
| This extreme heat well it's makin me sick | B |
| First time ever I've seen the road melt | P |
| Eyes are dry and sticky and that's not all I felt | P |

| Kinda glad i said stuff Albury I'm hittin Wodonga | B |
| Cause as It turns out its only a few minutes longer | Q |
| Im in Mexican territory now And most definitely wary | A |
| Only cause these weak Victorians are a bunch of fairies | R |

| We then make tracks and head to Willows Reserve | M |
| Wahgunyah's the town then it threw us a curve | M |
| Well wouldn't you know it just across the river | Q |
| Ya back in N S W in a town called Corowa | S |

| Im down by the Murray River with a block of cheese for bait | T |
| Only something you do when your in another state | T |
| But all the locals keep telling me it's the go for Murray Cod | U |
| And after days of sitting fishing it stills seems quite odd | U |

| New Years eve has just arrived and its time for a glass of port | V |
| Sitting up having a few with Terry waiting for those noughts | R |
| Right then when it turns midnight and I venture back to the old van | C |
| To give my beloved Shell a kiss cause I'm stuffed if I'm kissing a man | C |
| - | |
| Now I mentioned Terry before he's been our neighbour for a few days | R |
| He even took us on his tinny explaining all the local ways | R |
| Both him and his family were great with tips and advice to catch a Cod | U |
| It's bite time and I strike check out that bend in my rod | U |

| The young fella storms over with a net to give me a hand to help me land | W |
| Only to scoop to freakin early and left me staring at the sand | W |
| I can only laugh it off as another lesson learnt | X |
| Cause didn't his family give him some all day he got burnt | X |

| I'm definitely not giving up but I'm determined to catch a fish | Y |
| It's become a little bit personal now a frustrated fisherman's wish | Y |
| The rains just smashed us hard and of course made everything wet | Z |
| And I still can't get out my mind that young fella and his net | Z |
| - | |
| As our stay at Willows end and we search for our next stop | A2 |
| I'll be packing up the camp thinking of that Cod I near got | B2 |
| So thanks for tuning in as I dribble all my crap | C2 |
| We've had a top time here I reckon I definitely be back | B |
