| I've acquired the virus now my blood system is like a time bomb waiting to detonate | E |
| Might as well write a suicidal note | F |
| HIV AIDS people think you the way of killing myself | G |

| My name is unknown because nobody dares ask | H |
| Born with the deadly virus nobody dares to touch | I |
| Everytime I'm in the toilet HIV AIDS you the one I wish I could flush | J |
| Like you flushed away everything I could love | K |
| My mom my dad they now covered in dust | L |
| Do you know how painful it is not to be able to share water in a glass | M |
| Having nobody to trust | L |
| Having nobody to confide | N |
| Definition of death you made me | O |
| Why do I have to walk this path so lonely | O |

| This ignorance is because of fear | P |
| AIDS patients are dying with broken hearts | Q |
| Added to the pains of their body parts | Q |
| They cry don't remove yourself from me | O |
| Because I'm diagnosed with HIV | K |
| For really it's a blood bone disease | R |
| So please give me a hug and a squeeze | R |

| Sit and talk or read me a book | T |
| Don't judge me by the way I look | T |
| Remember AlDS was not bought at the mall | U |
| Even thought it's affecting all | U |
| Inspite of AlDS give them your love | K |
| You will be rewarded by God above | K |
