One DayA
Though it may be years unknownB
We shall over comeC
And our land will be freeD
From the hands of dictatorsE
Grips of greedy mindsF
-
Who lord over our landG
Water and airH
Like their inheritanceI
And willJ
-
They will leave not at willJ
Until we defeat themK
On and off the fieldL
Uproot their ideas and thoughtsM
Among our peersN
In the mind of every young and oldO
From every part of our existenceI
And set our mind for a new orderP
-
Till thenQ
Our freedom will remainR
A mystery and mountainS
Our land will be a place of slaveryD
-
Our road will remain a graveT
Our hospital will be home of quacksU
Our children will have no place to learnV
Our young ones will have hands without skillsW
-
Our women world will be a place without prideX
Our men will be in bed at noonY
Wake up at betting house and tweetZ
Salute that man' for peanutA2
-
If we ask and actB2
Our land is redeemableC2
If we keep setting on the fenceD2
With thousand tongues of excuseE2
Our land is irredeemableC2
-
RememberP
Freedom comes with priceF2
Let rise and be freeD
Or let sit and be slavesG2
