THE LOVER OF GODA
-
Will a lover of God ever beB
Cut off from the ocean of lightC
Nay he feels His presence alwaysD
In his self and out of his selfE
In every atom of God's creationF
He sees gleaming God's lightC
He needs not to unite with HimG
He craves not to dissolve in HimG
As God is absolute onenessH
He is never separate from himG
The true light shines upon himG
Where the two bows meetI
Light upon light gushes outJ
From his fore head indeedK
Sound upon sound streams outJ
From his back head in truthL
Nothing can prevent himG
From gazing at His lightC
He worships no idolM
Aside from His lightC
Even worldly pursuitsN
Do not distract himG
He watches His lightC
With his heart's eyeO
He listens to His melodyB
Through his heart's earP
Until he dies before his deathQ
And comes to live in Lord's lightC
Wheresoever he turns toR
He sees His lightC
He perceives clearlyB
The reality about GodA
Alone He wasS
Nothing was with himG
He is now as He wasS
He will be as He isT
He is essentially OneF
With nothing beside HimG
He is Inwardly HiddenF
He is Outwardly ManifestU
He is without beginningV
He is without endW
Whatever he look atX
He sees His faceY
He is without ifs and butsZ
He is without how and whatA2
He is without when and whereB2
He knows God s Essence in his imageC2
