Deep in the StillnessA
-
For a long time pastB
I lived as a clod of clayC
I didn't knowD
I was made of a sounding clayC
I was a thing with a soulE
That my lord had blown into meF
I didn't knowD
I was aliveG
I was like a dead clod of clayC
Lying on a neglected pathH
Like a lost traveller walkingI
In a sandstorm through a desertJ
I kept travelling on and onK
Singing the songs of delusionL
with some heavenly hopeM
To come out of the desertJ
I left the whole world behindN
Step by step realizingI
I was in a dreamO
Far far off the realityF
I got up and visualizedP
I am a sounding manQ
I gathered myselfR
Into an awakened manQ
And hurled myselfR
Into an ocean of silenceS
Pervasive and expansiveT
Looked behind and foundU
The world wasV
Like a mirage in a desertJ
Like a daydreamO
Like a sea flowerW
In the mid of the oceanL
Deep in the stillnessA
I foundU
Only the sound of my soulE
I aspire always to see the sunL
Standing where the two bows meetX
