Sweet Sour Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBB AACCC DDEEE

Hello my sweet pepperA
I thought you were my paperA
On you I could always writeB
And about to to write and writeB
It seems I wasn't rightB
-
Sweet turns sourA
My heart you wanna devourA
You stab me with your bladeC
But my happiness I wont tradeC
My mind is already madeC
-
Your smiles are trapsD
Should I wait for more slapsD
I wont run into your baitE
Not into your lies' gateE
Unless it all turns into fateE
