If you don’t mind, let me sit beside you.
I caught sight of you when I walked in.
If I may, let me hold you, darling.
Let me have the first dance with you.
If the moonlight makes you linger,
Let me offer you a glass of wine.
If I may, let me take you home.
I’d like to walk you to your door.
If the winter wind gets colder,
You could borrow my warm coat.
If you don’t want me to go quickly,
Invite me in for a cup of tea.
If love’s fire is in your heart, dear,
Let me kiss your lips tonight.
If the night begins to bore you,
I’ll tell you funny stories to make you laugh.
If you’re falling in love with me,
Let me show you what love can do.
If thoughts of me fill your mind,
You can video-call me anytime.
