Rhyme Scheme: AABC DDEE FEEEE EED

Now is the winter of my heart s joyA
Mad extra by this word smith s ployA
And all the past s love lovedB
Is now shattered and false is provedC
-
I loved Shakespeare s HamletD
And my heart yearned for a poetD
So why then dream dreamlessE
Before I am lifelessE
-
My house is a true definitionF
of beauty and brainsE
None but the rapid ecstatic wordsE
Where rhymes paint the wallsE
And synecdoches are the support pollsE
-
I live in an anthology houseE
Full of repetitions and personificationsE
After all I loved a poetD

Poet's note: The person tells her story of how she falls in love with poet. First with Shakespeare’s pieces symbolized by Hamlet and her heart longed to get a poet. She finally gets a poet and she tells us how she lives with her poet, the house turns to be a collection of poetry but she doesn’t regret since it was her wish to get a poet.
