Over-solid propaganda,
Neighbour-waking gandaganda.
It it's not earth-shaking thunder,
It must be Pressa,,Pusha,Phanda.
It's a step by step process,
And a racks on racks contest.
It's a believe in yourself spirit,
And a master plan that's rigid.
The end results are digits,
But you have to sweat and feel it.
It's hardly even a system,
It's a daily body rhythm.
You have got to always up and go,
Leave all your doubts by the shore.
This is not a lazy story telling,
It's a living in the making.
