Glaring Shadow Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABB CDBB EFEF GHGI

Tomorrow's a new dayA
Yesterday's kept at bayA
That's me wishingB
And that's me thinkingB
-
I can't seem to runC
Can't seem to hideD
With all I've been givingB
And all I've been leavingB
-
Still it staresE
Still it chasesF
Nobody caresE
With all these casesF
-
From the wall it peeksG
On the ground it walksH
I am afraid it speaksG
I might need to change the locksI
