They swing and swoop over the plains
Claw their ravenous clout on the cream plantains
Clutch and clip the crispy catch
They dip in and dig out
Chunks and chinks of the chopped
Victims
Their eagle eyes eat our eggs before they are lain
Under microscopic lens loopholes looped for gain
Bills billed as banks drain
Vultures volunteer vans for our bones to inter
Lease the press for doubt to deter
Tithe the shepherd at the altar their sin to alter
In a bird they fly away from the cemetery of bones
In crisis they mount more crises
They milk from the mad with kisses
Steal from the sick with no misses
Syphon from the system with no hisses
Leashing the living with ladden promises
They are piloting the next plot
They have sighted another pot
There will be another rot
The avian canines at it on dot!
