| Of a man who was always an inspiration | C |

| Progressive Dimentia consumed our dad | D |
| Confused angry lost and sad | D |
| A diminished capacity was all we had | D |

| Yet as he faded into despair | E |
| His strength and goodness was evident there | E |
| - | |
| So many things he could no longer remember | F |
| Yet recognized the faces of every family member | F |

| No matter what his symptoms brought | G |
| For the recognition of our faces he bravely fought | G |

| Yes today we may cry out | H |
| Dear Lord what's this loss about | H |

| Perhaps its so that we can see | I |
| By his death he's been set free | I |
| No more illness suffering or pain | J |
| He is healed and whole again | K |

| Eventhough we may be sad | D |
| Let's Remember the blessed life he had | D |

| So what are the momeries that | L |
| resonates | M |
| The comeradery he shared with Rugby mates | M |

| Not much rythm when it came to dance | N |
| But he'd show you his moves if you gave him a chance | N |

| The humorous Eddie that everyone knows | O |
| Especially when playing his dominos | O |

| But most of all let it be told | P |
| An admired respected head of his household | P |

| A devoted father to all of us | Q |
| Whose wisdom and guidance we knew we could trust | R |

| For years he committed his life | S |
| To unconditionally loving his wife | S |

| Through it all our God knew best | T |
| It was simply time to bring Dad rest | T |
