Red Lights Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCDE AAFG HIJK KLKL MM NOPQP RR BSTKUK

You see faces with no identityA
You see bodies with no destinyA
Men slow down their cars on the roadB
Where 'love' is soldC
They gaze at the streetsD
Where emotions never meetE
-
She sells herself for moneyA
To give her child a better realityA
She is like a birdF
Whose wings are cutG
-
If you look at the girls in those dressesH
You'll notice something which remains suppressedI
Hurt pain tearsJ
And endless fearK
-
Behind the fluorescent sareeK
And makeup so wildL
There's a motherK
Desperate to earn for her childL
-
She burns within everydayM
She wants her child to be happy and gayM
-
She's a living corpse withN
Burried hopes andO
Shattered dreamsP
Silent she looksQ
But inside she screamsP
-
Her existence is an illusionR
She's living a life of exclusionR
-
Today when you cross that roadB
And they look at youS
As your car slowsT
Don't stop to gaze and stareK
Smile gently in respectU
To show that you actually careK
