The Voice In My Heart Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGGHH IJKLMNCDOP

In an introspect momentA
Of a clueless and empty thoughtB
I closed my open eyesC
And gazed at the heavensD
Asking for a minor signE
For my life once to adornF
Oh He answered meG
As I opened my eyes to seeG
At first I wouldn't believe it's trueH
When I turned and saw YouH
-
In a dark and dreadful pathI
At the jaws of perilous deathJ
I wouldn't take another stepK
My self examination sees a trapL
Without a conclusive motifM
I was drowned in a what ifN
Out of it I saw your eyesC
One of the most important reasonsD
I learned the reason to keep onO
When you assured me I'm not aloneP
