The Captain says charge
But we aren't looking to the fight
The battle might be hard
We'd rather burn the light
Rather now than what could be
The sun shines uncover the bliss
Light up the field and we can see
Underneath the shade a hiss
Cunning time chases and catches up
We ran a race to lose
We light up the world; matches up
Live under a bleak excuse
Persistence yet we to gain
Gladly scoop the meat and drink
We escape the waiting pain
Only then to sink
A blink and we have all
To spend and not a penny save
A crushing wave;an endless wall
And yet we look to the rave
Youth emerging like the moss
A graceful blossom of green
But in our rest lie the loss
One that could have been
The Captain And The Rave
