Dark Clouds Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis
Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFBGH ICJKLMN OPCCQRST UCV CCW XYWZ CA2B2It was in the noon tide | A |
When the firmaments were bright | B |
With the sun smiling caringly on the children of nature | C |
That I first ran into a dark cloud | D |
Hanging up above heads | E |
somewhere in the north | F |
At first it seemed minimal and light | B |
But each and every day it expands | G |
And become darker that I see nothing | H |
- | |
Just yesterday | I |
It visited a neighbour | C |
Made away with their boy | J |
And recruited him her own | K |
He used to be a humble child | L |
But now what words will one say to free his soul | M |
Save the new philosophy running in his veins | N |
- | |
As I was still contemplating this | O |
It escaped my eyes and headed towards the north east | P |
Few minutes after | C |
There came a cry | C |
From a distant land | Q |
When I asked | R |
They said darkness dawn on a certain family | S |
And consumed their two sons | T |
- | |
With its dark flames | U |
It cremated the body of the other | C |
Living only his ashes | V |
- | |
Now what is left is a father | C |
Bearing the remains of the other | C |
Slaughtered by the sharp edge of the dark days | W |
- | |
As I was still trying to take this in | X |
Another cry came towards the north west | Y |
Two brothers set ablaze | W |
In the room during the dark hours | Z |
- | |
Oh What an hour | C |
That see not the innocent | A2 |
As a saint | B2 |
