Sinking Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGH IJKKLMNOL

I crawl stroke and try to remain calmA
Like they taught me how to swimB
I push swim upwards to the surfaceC
Reaching it my head rises from the depths of watersD
Looking around nothing is all I seeE
In the middle of the oceanF
No land no ship no raft no aircraftG
I panic I am alone and lostH
-
Another violent wave crushes over my headI
I panic I fight hardJ
It fights back pulling me underK
Stronger and colderK
I am sinkingL
Sinking in despair as I helplessly see the surface disappearM
Sinking in despair as I come on my last breathN
They taught me how to swim so I will neve drownO
Here I am sinkingL

Poet's note: Sinking is a human study of troubles one goes through in life. While they are problems that can be so,bed in the world we live once in a while we run into one with no solution . No one could ever prepare you for such a challenge no matter how much you have prepared yourself. The poem was written by me me for me in remembrance of one of my darkest moments in life.
