A Conversation With The Moon Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCC DDEE FFGH DIDJ

Lookin' at the moon with the chin on my cupped palmsA
with the curtains of the window blowing with twinkling starsB
Everything turned up and down with right and wrongC
but the darkness was swaying being strongC
-
Moon uttered to look at its glowing beautyD
which appears late but light up with the serenityD
Never to bow down and never to fade awayE
is what the moon advised on its wayE
-
How are you defeating the darkness asked IF
it's my knack of showing everyone the light with a sighF
said the moon with the clouds being fierce on their pathG
but it didn't let those hinder it from glowing from darkH
-
Then the cold wind caressed me and moon said softlyD
it's okay to not come out of your bed dearieI
but you've to shine all the way to be recognisedD
it's not others but you who should bring your timeJ
