Rhyme Scheme: ABCDE FGHIJ KKKLM NOPQR STCUV WXGYZ

Nothing at all nothing is too far awayA
When your heart is trapped in its vaultB
No place at all nowhere in this worldC
Will your memories be blurred whenD
In that place love you found and love you lostE
-
In every language they say the sweetest thingF
That there is no place sweeter no place granderG
No place in the whole world is better than homeH
Like mice like rats like any other animalI
No place is as good as your own burrowJ
-
This is the place I miss the House of StoneK
My own house my own throneK
So far away in the distance my heart turns to stoneK
They talk about it like it were notL
The home and the love of my heartM
-
I miss the Jacaranda its purple mazeN
The Msasa lush greenery the Flame lilyO
The rustic love it exudesP
I miss the mbira music the warrior danceQ
My heart burns for you my dream loveR
-
Once you were an empire of goldS
You had the city of sunshineT
You were the envy of the worldC
The home of a revolutionU
You are now the lump in my throatV
-
To you my heart I dedicateW
To you my love I swearX
My prayers I surrenderG
For you my life I will giveY
You are the rock in my dreamsZ
