If the diviners summon me today
To unite with them in paradise,
I want to be sowed with an axe
Perching on my chest like the raven
Flapping above my still remains
With my hands entwined
Around the handle like I was in a war front
And the handle soldered to my palm
I want to be laid in peace
With my heart at peace with the world
Even though it didn't extend
The pleasure I was desiring for
Some men lust for women and others lust for gold
But I only lust to please the gods
So if I am eventually summoned
And I am to voyage from the living
Sail me across the seven seas
Torch my ship with flames of arrows
So Oden can inhale me from a scope
As I continue to guarantee my patriotism
With the axe on my chest ready
To crack the skulls of anyone who dared to defy
Their names even in the turf of lost souls
