The Mansion Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDED DDFDDG DHBIJH KDDDL DMDENM BCDGK O

I went to my friend's abodeA
A proud and mighty mansionB
It got tons and tons of goldC
Hanging in the chandeliersD
And lots and lots of silverE
Embedded in the kitchenwaresD
-
My friend got millionsD
And countless of diamondsD
Hidden in her safeF
A sea of antiquesD
Her house isD
Like a living museumG
-
Her room got its own fireplaceD
For wintertimeH
A motorised rippled curtainB
That can be openedI
In an instantJ
During summertimeH
-
But in her heartK
She felt like homelessD
Of the wheel of sadnessD
And emptinessD
In her lifeL
-
I live in a houseD
So old and tinyM
Devoid of gadgetsD
And fancy furnitureE
Yet I amN
Absolutely happyM
-
I am just a simple personB
With tons of goldC
And lots of diamondsD
Sitting at the bottomG
Of my heartK
-
