The thirst of sleep in early hours and no fill | C |
wailing and wander in quite without still | C |
Feeling stiff and veins that tingle | D |
candlelight shadows that jump and mingle | D |
Imagination at the edge of scare | E |
creating half shadows to the madness fare | E |
Thinking of spirits that steal from the tired | F |
in slothful chains not being inspired | F |
The milk of insomnia by body rejected | G |
vitamin C B D with headaches unaffected | G |
Memories of other days as monotone ache | H |
waking sense or dreaming soul awake | H |
Discern of how to turn those spirits to abate | I |
rendered attitude with being more compassionate | J |
To understand oneself to become more pure | K |
when tempered more and more to endure | K |
Writing pondering rhymes as mental rest | L |
maybe some other soul takes it as well for the best | L |
The morning in slow awake and night concealed | M |
the way to open the mental door revealed | M |
