A Dialog With The Evening Star Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCDDEFFGHIJKKKKLME ENN

Above the twilight faintest glimmerA
end summer evening turning to reddish dimmerA
The lonely star of love in dusky shineB
into the ocean of faint and far to primeC
Some sensing of splendor in awe as trailD
soft gleam and tender wonder baleD
I bow my heart in humilityE
Speak to me I want to know your secretF
a sweet voices spoke softly in spiritF
My dear one you are itself the art of loveG
and the art to be beloved whom you adoreH
Reflections from heaven on to earthI
that turn earthly desires into spirits of faithJ
That freedom of space is found in the formlessK
sparks glance and dewdrop fortressK
Your presence in that immensity of spaceK
shows me your majestic providenceK
The dimming of my light only in mournL
when loving souls are in destinies stormM
The opportunity in life becomes a great pityE
when realized a too late reciprocityE
Thank you little star of mystic beginningN
and no ends in phenomenon mental spinningN
