Being Poor Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFGAHI JKDLM NOPD AAQA R

Since I'm up for moneyA
I have less time to play and see my friendsB
It is harder for me to make my voice heardC
Or to make decisions over my own lifeD
-
My ideas are often treated with less respectE
My auntie always talks to me with a bick bickering voiceF
Rages are my clothes no Vaseline to hide my cracked skinG
Children's at school would gather around me booing and laughing at meA
It because of my old school shoesH
Sometimes l used to seat on my auntie's verandah marvel to other children in the streetsI
-
I go in the street buggingJ
Imagine kneeling down for just a piece of breadK
People they just pass me by as l loose hope in my lifeD
I go one place to another in search of accommodationL
People they don't understand me cause l have my own secret struggleM
-
The day my parents passed away it was the last day to smile with my relativesN
The thought of losing the love of my parents it was more than death itselfO
I wish if my tears will go to their windowless homes and bring them backP
I have bad relationship with myself and it is poisoning everything in my lifeD
-
Who will look after meA
Who wants to stay with a bugger like meA
Where do l look where will l goQ
Who wants a poorboy like meA
-
I hate to be poorR
