| The days grow shorter still | E |
| As I move closer to the end | F |
| But I'll keep on pushing forward | G |
| Until my final breath descends | H |

| For though my body weakens | I |
| And my spirit starts to tire | J |
| I know that in my heart | K |
| There's still a flicker of desire | J |

| So I'll keep on fighting | L |
| Until I can fight no more | M |
