Rhyme Scheme: A BBCDDAEDDFGEHIIABEYOND LOTE TREE | A |
- | |
The world of colours is nothing | B |
The black eyed gazelles are nothing | B |
I must renounce this flimsy world | C |
I must not cast a glance upon the lusty damsels | D |
The real world is beyond my eyes | D |
Even beyond the Lote Tree | A |
Where the chosen lover travelled to | E |
The language of that world is beyond words and sounds | D |
No more sounds of couches and bells | D |
There is nothing to say or to hear | F |
There is nothing to seek and search | G |
No I and He No I and You | E |
My lord wonderfully reveals there | H |
I disappears here in absolute annihilation | I |
And God proclaims in affirmation | I |
Nothing exists except Me | A |
