The Wonderful Memories Of You Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHICJK LMNOCPOQNRST UVOWTOGCXCYC

The wonderful memories of you are still on my mindA
And I would rather not forget the good timesB
I remember the stroll with you along the quiet avenueC
The warm night you kissed me in the moonlightD
And the way you clasped my hand when we sat on the benchE
I think about the picnic in the park on a windy afternoonF
Our first ride on the merry go round togetherG
And the evening we shared an umbrella in the downpourH
I recall the hours we spent on campus after schoolI
How fast you ran when I chased after youC
The laughter that echoed down the hallwayJ
And the tears of passion that fell on the basketball courtK
-
I became breathless when you danced in my armsL
You grasped me with a tight embraceM
And I could feel the pulse of your heartN
You filled my world with your cheerful loveO
I welcomed the pleasure of loving youC
Love meant so little to me until you came alongP
You were an adolescent with a perfervid loveO
Even though you had just reached the age of consentQ
A love without deceit grew in your heartN
I woke up with you to the chirps of the morningR
The nightingales sang sweetly outside the windowS
How the wonderful memories of you enchant meT
-
I felt the power of your seduction when our lips metU
The light of love glowed in your brown eyesV
You buried me so deep in your protective loveO
No other girl could tempt me with her charmW
And nobody else could share our intimacyT
Your riant face had the apparentness of loveO
But all of a sudden your love lost its fireG
You did not give me enough time to love youC
My happiness disappeared like a dreamX
I know that memories can never replace youC
But the wonderful memories of you persistY
And I shall love you as long as I can still remember youC

Paul Jackson-East Africa (Tanzania): Really, it is a valuable talent that Pitter has. Indeed he knows to make wonders in every wonderful memory of both the reader, singer and the lovers in the lost wonderful memory. God bless Him and Help Him grow wonderfully forever.
