| They are in unity against the civilians | C |
| At the same time the civilians are divided | D |
| Many innocent people suffer at the hands of the state | E |
| The security force should find a better way to do their jobs | F |

| If they care about the safety of law abiding citizens | C |
| They should avoid doing the following things | G |
| Embarrass innocent people | H |
| Harass innocent people | H |
| Intimidate innocent people | H |
| Abuse innocent people physically or verbally | I |
| Inconvenience innocent people | H |
| Oppress innocent people | H |
| Last but not least murder innocent people | H |

| These organizations fail to carry out their duties properly | I |
| Their activities adversely affect innocent people | H |
| And their ways of tackling problems are ineffective | J |
| They are obviously doing foolishness | K |
| This is definitely not a surprising thing | L |
| For incompetent idiots are leading the world | M |
