Rhyme Scheme: ABBCDCEFAGHIJCC EKLMNLOPQRSRTUV

Why can t you both get along well anymoreA
Your love was so strongB
Now all you do is argue over who s right or wrongB
This foolishness can t continueC
It usually starts over simple mattersD
He gets angry and shouts at youC
You yell hurtful words at himE
He throws the figurines on the wallF
You hiss and slam the doorA
He barges into the room and grabs your handG
You turn around and slap his faceH
He slaps your face in retaliationI
You curse him and start to cryJ
He apologises and tries to hush youC
And you refuse to let him come near youC
-
What s happening to you and himE
You don t behave like adultsK
You often quarrel with each otherL
And you give each other the silent treatmentM
You ve come too far to failN
Don t end it unless you re sure it s overL
Today he s making love to you on the sheetO
Tomorrow you re packing your stuff to leaveP
What kind of relationship is thatQ
It doesn t matter who started the fightR
Don t let pride and ego ruin your lifeS
Stop fighting and make things rightR
And give your love a chance to succeedT
Things are back to normal for nowU
But both of you will soon be at it againV
