For Stacy AnnA
-
I told her that my love for her would never endB
She knew that I meant every word and I would prove itC
I promised her that I would stay by her sideD
And I tried earnestly to fulfil my promiseE
I felt that our relationship could go on without consequencesF
And she believed that we could stay together for a lifetimeG
We imagined that life in fairyland was possibleH
But we were only fooling ourselvesI
-
We had a peculiar love for each otherJ
And this was the only thing that mattered to usE
Life was not worth living without the love for each otherJ
She wanted to marry me in spite of knowing my wifeK
Even though she was not sure things would work out favourablyH
She occasionally encouraged me to do itC
There was a feeling of uncertainty about the outlookL
But I was too deep in love with her to back awayM
Her love was too good to be trueN
-
We ignored the principles of love and continued the affairO
She did everything I asked her to do for meP
And I did everything she wanted me to do for herJ
Once she stood right in front of meP
Then she pressed her soft body against mineQ
I touched her velvety face and she smiledR
I gently stroked her long black hairO
And I trembled as I held her slender waistS
-
She quickly put her arms around my neckT
I grabbed the hem of her mini dress and pulled it above her hipU
My hands slowly moved down towards her anatomyP
And she did not resist or frownV
Suddenly she kissed me on the mouthW
And she weakened me with her seductivenessE
It felt more real than anything I had felt beforeX
Her love was too good to be trueN
-
I thought I was in heaven for the few years that I was seeing herJ
Consequently I lost every trace of realityP
And I forgot that even good things come to an endB
While I loved her I had to leave herJ
One slip ruined my future with the woman who loved meP
And she did not understand the reasonY
She certainly had an amative heartZ
Yet she found it so hard to forgive meP
Even now I still do not know what happenedA2
-
It might have been a divine interventionY
I would love her over again if she just says the wordsE
And I would not change anything except the situation that I lost herJ
I could not prevent myself from loving herJ
The love I felt for her was blinding meP
But she was the only woman I wanted to seeP
It is no wonder I am still hanging on to the love of yesteryearB2
Her love was too good to be trueN
