And I found a fledgling in the garden | B |
It was a wild but friendly little bird | C |
Surprisingly I caught it so easily | D |
And I named the fledgling Chirpy | D |
I didn t know what kind of bird it was | E |
Chirpy was just learning how to fly | F |

I walked around with Chirpy for a while | G |
The fledgling wasn t afraid of me | D |
I tried to put Chirpy back in the garden | B |
But the birdie didn t want to go away | H |
It kept clinging to my right hand | I |
The next morning Chirpy was on the veranda | J |
And at the end of the day it flew away | H |
