I will shout aloud to the worldA
And bear the news to the fewB
The truth to all will be hurledA
So by heart they know my hueB
And seek the fear of the LordC
-
No deity is worthy of worshipD
But the Lord of jinn and mankindE
No one can match His LordshipD
In Him all truthful light I findE
As His slave I do fear my LordC
-
Tell the poor of what they missF
That their Lord is full of goodG
And their abode is that of blissF
The fact should all be understoodG
Should they think and fear their LordC
-
Tell the rich of which they possessH
That to Him is the heavens and earthI
If to the broke with specie addressH
Theirs is ease in time of dearthI
So let them join in fearing the LordC
-
Warn the learned of their own desiresJ
That the deen needs not addendaC
But should mend their own attiresJ
For He needs their End's agendaC
Let them praise and fear their LordC
-
Tell followers to shine their faceJ
And be alert of what they receiveK
Let them prove before they embraceJ
To be free of the devils that deceiveK
And rise to the fear of their LordC
-
Warn society of the evils they causeJ
And bigwigs for their excess of needsJ
Let them bring the vices to a pauseJ
So their deeds not recoil on their seedsJ
But if they think and fear their LordC
-
Tell schools of the faults they trainL
Which cause their wards to be rudeC
Warn tutors of the excess they gainL
But in class much of work they eludeC
Let them stick to the fear of the LordC
-
Tell dutiful parents to shun biasJ
And be equal among their subjectsJ
But guide to the path of the piousJ
In the future to avoid bad effectsJ
But if they think and fear their LordC
-
Warn court of what they judgeM
That to Him is the final returnN
And He'll right the truth they fudgeM
But the Lord won't come with spurnN
Should they rue and fear their LordC
-
Tell government of their pack of liesJ
And the promise of which they breakO
How they live and rule in disguiseJ
And devour our land's national cakeO
They'll lose bar they fear their LordC
-
Tell marriage to live with trustC
And to another let each be kindC
In their duty should always be justC
And act as their creed definedC
Their hearts should fear their LordC
-
Tell friendship to enjoin but peaceJ
And to work to other's supportC
And to make their faith increaseJ
When in feud to the Qur'aan resortC
And judge with fear of their LordC
-
And tell them that want peace to reignL
To strive in the path that is straightC
Ourselves will join the campaignL
And we will work to make it greatC
And ensure the fear of the LordC
