Dear Mother Africa
You toil hard while I am in your womb.
Under the scorching sun, in the heat of the windless plains tilling the land with a hoe.
Planting fruits and vegetables before the rains arrive so that we can feed, be strong and healthy.
May I honor you In my youth by lifting you to your seat to rest, while I work hard to a ripe future.
