Depression Is Real Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A BCDD EFGCH IJJKLKL MNMNO

Depression is realA
-
Having to deal with a challenge within something that is hard to address and you are not sure where to beginB
You have been subjected to repressC
all in a saying that a man doesn't cryD
That's no way to live it is all a lieD
-
There's now a dent called insecuritiesE
you gave anger a room to rent in your lifeF
You managed to suppress your feelingsG
that came with a lot of stressC
decided to express your actions and that resulted in abuseH
-
No one seemed to notice the painI
all people could see is that you are weirdJ
Only you could understand the kind of strain wishing it could have just disappearedJ
You have always wanted to be aloneK
reality is you needed supportL
you had fear of the unknownK
sadly your life was cut in shortL
-
We thought you were moodyM
little did we know you were depressedN
We should have loved you that was our dutyM
All those feelings were suppressedN
because you didn't have anyone to talk toO
