| But the pleasures of sleeplessness I suffer | A |

| All along I have been living in Dreamland | C |

| My success seemed to be cripple | F |
| Doubting my own worth because of comparisons | D |
| Negative thinking is like poison | E |
| Could it be that I'm exhausting my mind for no reason | E |

| Friends are around but can't talk to | G |
| As for family they are untrue | G |
| They are the causes of my downfall | H |
| My mind wonders it's like I can just leave all | H |
| Could it be that my mind is in a cow stall | H |

| The feeling of being useless creeps in | I |
| You will amount to nothing these are the words I grew up hearing | J |
| My self confidence decreased | K |
| With no support I had no one cheering | J |
