The one who loves
always wins,
not by holding,
but by giving what cannot be stolen.
And if your heart breaks,
let it break
for even the day surrenders to night
without losing its promise of dawn.
Remember,
you are still living.
Breath still visits your lungs
like a faithful friend.
The sun does not ask
if the grass is grateful,
nor does it beg for applause,
it simply burns,
it simply becomes,
it simply shines.
So love again,
even in pieces
for the broken still glow,
and the glowing
never truly lose.
