From the streets and villages
From the cities and palaces
The human soul is weeping
Since life is getting worse
The sons and brothers killing each other
Because of money and wealth
The leaders have slumbered
They aren't at normal work
They have ceaced to play
Their duty at liberty and willingness
They have joined the race
To eat the forsaken meal
They have destroyed,
The holy holy work of God
Soon it will rain
A huge rain of fire
To nations and kingdoms
To sweep every evil
Wake up! Sons and daughters
Hold your lamps! It is getting dark
O sons, carry along your spears
Run the battle, and kill all the evil deeds.
