The Bird Of Mind And Sense Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDE FGHB IIJKL MNCOM PQRSBA

I once saw an eagleA
Flying up to the skyB
At first I thought it a jetC
But indeed was a birdD
Truly he has a good egoE
-
Imagine when the storm is worseF
Still an eagle can smileG
He can fly and fly to touch the rain cloudsH
But what Other birds can't tryB
-
He finds it good on the sky to playI
But I mark it wise he keeps the preyI
From up the sky can trace the groundJ
Fastly can land and pick it upK
I really treasure him a bird of sense and mindL
-
He says it neverM
To eat the deadN
With strength can getC
The best of choiceO
Mark it well can't starve of hungerM
-
Now look at manP
He has the brainQ
The eyes are wideR
And the limbs strongS
Oh Imagine can strive to dieB
Learn it now be an eagleA
