| Where Chibok girls were kidnapped and impregnated | K |
| Where Dapchi girls were kidnapped | L |
| And have been abandoned to their fate | M |
| Where daily kidnappers and killers have a field day | N |
| Where terrorists are paid whopping allowances | O |
| Or are enrolled in the army's hall of fame | P |
| And professors are not paid or are paid peanuts | Q |
| And qualified youth are scammed daily | R |
| With the fraud of recruitment | S |
| Where soldiers are sent and killed | E |
| In preplanned ambushes like chicken | G |

Poet's note: A few weeks ago American forces initiated a successful operation to rescue one American who was kidnapped in Niger and brought into Nigeria. The kidnappers who were suspected to be Fulani herdsmen had demanded for a million dollars from the father of the American. The force rescued the man after killing six out of the seven captors of the American. The poem celebrates the American effort to rescue the man which shows the value the American government has for human life. However, the poem contrasts this with the attitude of Nigerian leaders to issues concerning human life
