Rhyme Scheme: ABCA AADEB ACFCGC AAHIAJ AAAKA

ThoseDaysA
when I wish to grow and be on my ownB
But here I am wishing to remain a child cause the planet is crushing on meC
Self defense is so difficult than hiding under the shield of parentsA
-
Those daysA
when I wish to get married and make my youngstersA
But here I am wishing I remain single foreverD
For responsibilities are calling day and nightE
So hard to bear so I wish I remain aloneB
-
Those daysA
When I wish to become a lawyer and make good moneyC
ln lieu lawlessness has made me locked up behind those metals called cellF
I am a slave forever and have no one to save meC
Aaaah Aaah AaahG
Should this be my destiny then take it away from meC
-
Those daysA
When I wish to drive in big cars with a cool breezeA
But here I am with the sole of my foot clinging to the stomach of the earthH
With the tongue of the sun licking my headI
Hmmm take it from me I sayA
For I can't bear it no moreJ
-
Those daysA
Freedom is derived from being a child so we play all dayA
But now responsibilities handcuff us like prisonersA
We walk with unseen handcuffs on the streetK
If wishes were horses I would have to live forever in my childhood paradiseA
