Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE GHAH AHIH JDJD AA

Oh my luv's like a yellow roseA
That in the midsummer mountains dwellB
Oh my luve is a cup o'erflowingC
As water doth from a wellB
-
Oh my luve a melodyD
That's softly play'd in tuneE
Melodies blow over the midsummer mountainsF
An' o'er my rose in midsummer JuneE
-
Oh my luve is beautifulG
An' deep in luve am IH
As a dew on a sweet yellow roseA
So deep in luve am IH
-
Yes fair are thou a yellow roseA
So deep in luve am IH
I wilt luve ye still fair RoselineI
Till a' the seas go dryH
-
Till the heavens are sevenJ
Till the universes are threeD
Till the rocks melt wi' the sunJ
An' till there is not a seaD
-
I wilt always fall for a yellow roseA
Till poetry is proseA
