Love is for the soccer stars,
For the aged and for the kids,
Love indeed is great!

Solves an equation or two ;
Something a poet can't do.
Equations turn to sweet ballads,
But rhymes to dried out lands.

Makes a kick to goal
And shakes a maiden's soul.
Where is that in art?
A dream torn apart.

And she came with chemistry.
Bonding and reactions, and -

And words as sweet as dew.
A house is built with bricks,
And love with words is too.

Never did I tell her,
Only in poetry and song.
And will it make a love as strong?
Only in movies and songs.
